1. All vendors must sign in with the Vendor Coordinator prior to setting up.

2. Vendors will set up inside the arena.

3. Set-up will be from 930am to 11am on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

4. Vehicles cannot be moved into the fair area for loading or unloading until after 2:30pm.

5. Vendors will be responsible for disposing of their own waste. Each exhibitor shall clear their space of all trash at breakdown. 6. This is a non-political event. No space will be rented to a political party endorsing a candidate standing for election or will display political advertising.

7. No generators will be allowed inside of the arena.

8. No raffles in exchange for money may be held, but booth prizes given away at random for no money purchase are allowed.

9. The Carnival Committee reserves the right to cancel any vendor agreement at any time for any reason.

10. We are not accepting MLM vendors(Multi Level Marketing-ie Avon, Scentsy, Epicure) or vendors selling food.

11. Smoking is not allowed within the carnival area.

12. Alcoholic beverages and/or drugs and/or drug paraphernalia are not permitted on the property. Vendors will not be allowed to consume, serve, or sell alcoholic beverages of any kind during the carnival or on the fairgrounds.

13. Cost is $30 per table and this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given.

14. As a vendor, you release and discharge from any and all claims or liabilities for death, personal injury, property damage, theft, or damages of any kind, whether or not attributable to the negligence of MTPS and CHS and/or any of it’s volunteers which may arise from my participation in the MTPS/CHS Spring Carnival.

15. The vendor will be over 18 years of age. If the vendor is a minor, then a parent/guardian or adult over the age of 18 must sign and be responsible for the vendor.

16. As a vendor you agree to the use of any and all photographs/video clips taken in any form whatsoever for the use in CHS/MTPS websites, social media and brochures. For more information, please contact: us at m.c.springcarnival@gmail.com
