Raffle Rules and Regulations
1. The prizes will be drawn in the following order:
7th & 8th prizes of cost of 2 tickets per family and lunch for 4 per family - MTPS/CHS
6th prize $100 Gift Certificate - One Stop Butcher
5th prize $150 Gift Certificate - Home Hardware
4th prize $180 Mani/Pedi/Facial Pkg - Noko Spa
3rd prize $250 Cash - Jim Burr McDougall Insurance
2nd prize - ($275 Value) Acoustic Guitar and 1 Month of Lessons - Long & McQuade
1st prize - $350 in Gift Certificates - $250 towards a 30 Minute Family Photo Session from The Rolston Image and 2 $50 gift certificates for The Iron Rooster Rotisserie and Grill.
2. Winning raffle tickets will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the container for further draws.
3. No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.
4. The winners of the prizes shall be determined and publicized. The winners will be notified by the contact information provided. Winners shall be published on our Social Media and Website.
5. MTPS-CHS Spring Carnival Committee shall be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners.
6. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of three (3) months from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize shall be donated to MTPS/CHS.
7. Only the prizes as described and approved in the license application shall be awarded.
8. The value of the prizes shall include the amount of any duty, tax, sales tax or other cost. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances.
